for a day of joining your thoughts, feelings and being together.

How we move affects how we feel and how we feel affects how we think

Want to make a change but don't know where to start?

This is the day for you!

We will start the day in the forest, reconnecting with ourselves,

our sense of wonder and curiosity.

Sarah will lead us in mindful Qigong movement under the tree canopy.

As we return to The Onion there will be time to reflect and express our thoughts and feelings through creativity accompanied by tea.

After a home cooked vegetarian lunch, we’ll take some time to recognise how our bodies, thoughts and feelings impact each other.

Experience a Light Language healing with Sarah to balance your mind, body and spirit

and renew a sense of peace, calmness and clarity.

The day will close with a sound bath under canvas, as the sounds of nature blend with the bowls you’ll be taken to a place of blissful tranquil stillness where you can become wholly connected.

Amanda Hicks, Founder, Tree Vibes

Amanda is a dedicated practitioner specialising in nature-based well-being practices, with a focus on Shinrin Yoku (forest bathing), sound therapy, and cultivating lasting happiness through positive habit formation – Habits of Happiness. Drawing from years of experience working with both adults and children, Amanda facilitates transformative experiences in nature that promote healing, clarity, and wholeness.

With a deep commitment to fostering connection—to self, others, and the natural world Amanda offers both group sessions and one-on-one coaching.

At the core of her work is the belief that true well-being is a holistic, interconnected experience. By blending nature, sound, and mindful habit practices, Amanda provides a space for individuals to flourish and find their path to holistic well-being.

Sarah Holder, Shiatsu Practitioner and Energy Healer

Sarah is an experienced Shiatsu Practitioner, Chinese Medicine Practitioner, Energy Healer, and Qigong instructor with over 20 years of experience in holistic healing. Sarah brings through Light Language as a modality for energy healing, specifically through the voice. She started speaking light language 8 years ago

She is passionate about guiding individuals on their journey to health, self-empowerment, and personal transformation.

Sarah’s Qigong classes are designed to help you connect deeply with your body’s energy (Qi) and cultivate balance, strength, and inner peace. Whether you’re looking to improve your physical health, reduce stress, or explore the spiritual benefits of energy movement, Sarah’s guidance offers a supportive space to discover the transformative power of Qigong.
